BY SUBMITTING THE ONLINE
APPLICATION YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY SUCH
TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON OUR ACCEPTANCE OFYOUR APPLICATION.
1. DEFINITIONS
As used in these terms and
conditions: (i) “We”, “us”, or “our” refers to the Diane Kroe brand and our
website; (ii)
“you” or “your” refers to
the Affiliate/Ambassador; (iii) “our website” refers to the Diane Kroe
properties located at
http://www.DianeKroe.com
(iv) “your website” refers to any websites that you will link to our website;
(v)
“Program” refers to the
Blog & Style Ambassador programs.
2. AMBASSADOR OBLIGATIONS
2.1. REGISTRATION IN THE PROGRAM
After receiving your
online application on our Affiliate Platform, Refersion, we will review your
website/proposal and notify you of your acceptance or rejection into our
Program.
2.2 AMBASSADOR PROGRAM APPROVALS & REJECTIONS
We may reject or rescind
your application at our sole discretion. We may reject or cancel your
application if we determine that your site is unsuitable for our Program,
including if it:
2.2.1. Promotes sexually
explicit materials
2.2.2. Promotes violence
2.2.3. Promotes
discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual
orientation, or age
2.2.4. Promotes illegal
activities
2.2.5. Incorporates any
materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright,
trademark or other intellectual property rights or to violate the law
2.2.6. Includes
"Diane Kroe" or variations or misspellings thereof in its domain name
or subdomain name.
2.2.7. Is otherwise in any
way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or
racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable to us in our sole discretion.
2.2.8. Contains software
downloads that potentially enable diversions of commission from other
affiliates in our program.
2.2.9. Contain any
viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer
programming routines that are intended to damage, interfere with,
surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal
information.
2.3 BLOG AMBASSADOR REQUIREMENTS
Upon acceptance into the
Diane Kroe blog ambassador program, you agree to promote our brand over a six-month
trial period. Suggested minimum promotions include but are not limited too:
2.3.1 Product reviews
2.3.2 Tie-ins and casual mentions of Diane
Kroe, The Collection, the specific pieces, or brand to brand interactions
2.3.3 Travel inspired field reviews
2.3.4 Photographs shared through social media
including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or your favourite social media platform
2.4 STYLE AMBASSADOR REQUIREMENTS
Upon acceptance into the
Diane Kroe style ambassador program, you agree to promote our brand over a six-month
trial period. Suggested minimum promotions include but are not limited too:
2.4.1 Social media shares text promoting our
brand through Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or your favorite social platform.
2.4.2 Photographs shared through social media
including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or your favorite social media platform
2.5
COACHING & SUPPORT AGREEMENT
Upon approval into any of our ambassador
programs, all new ambassadors agree to be included in our ambassador e-mail
list and agree to receive coach support and suggestions from our team on best
practices for promoting our brand.
3.
PROGRAM CHANGES & TERMINATION
Diane Kroe reserves the right to change any
policies and procedures pertaining to all Ambassador/Affiliate programs. This
includes but is not limited to trial periods, program requirements and
commission structures.
3.1 We reserves the right to terminate program
benefits for any affiliate/ambassador who does not maintain policies and procedures
as set out in these terms and conditions at our sole discretion.
